Our history
FaithSecure Solutions was founded with one mission in mind: to help churches, families, and communities create safe environments where ministry and everyday life can flourish.
Our founder, Eric Foster, brings a rare combination of ministry experience and professional law enforcement expertise. From 1998 to 2008, Eric served in church ministry as a Music Pastor, Children’s Pastor, and Youth Pastor. During this time, he developed a deep understanding of church life, the needs of congregations, and the importance of balancing ministry with stewardship and protection.
In 2008, Eric transitioned into a career in public safety. Over the years, he has received advanced training in Executive Security, Infrastructure Protection, and School Active Shooter Response. Today, he serves as a Field Training Supervisor for State Law Enforcement, training officers in Active Shooter Response and the public in the Department of Homeland Security’s Run, Hide, Fight program.
His experience extends beyond the United States, having provided protective security for high-risk missionary families overseas. He also serves locally as a member of the security committee for a large church and contributes to the future of law enforcement as a member of a university’s advisory committee for their law enforcement degree program.
FaithSecure Solutions was born out of Eric’s desire to blend his background in ministry with his expertise in security.
